The Explorer

Every block in the programme

Choose a year group, then a block. You will see its place in the year, its theme, its shape and how much it carries. What you will not see is the sequence itself — which letters arrive when, which words in which tier. That is what partner schools license.

Anatomy of a Day

Five episodes, every day, all three years

The same architecture from the first day of EYFS1 to the last day of Year 1. A child who moves between our partner schools finds the same rhythm; a teacher who learns one day has learned all 540.

Episode timings are indicative. The Arabic specialist leads; the class teacher extends it into continuous provision the same week.

  1. Episode 1 Welcome & Identity Ritual 5–6 min
  2. Episode 2 Storytelling & Vocabulary 10–12 min
  3. Episode 3 Phonics 8–10 min
  4. Episode 4 Stations & Continuous Provision 10–12 min
  5. Episode 5 Plenary & Reflection 5–6 min

Try It Properly

A Gift From the Sea — yours, in full

EYFS2, Term 2. Sea, pearl diving, patience, and the treasures we find when we don’t give up. Fifteen lesson plans, fifteen slide decks, the companion pack, the vocabulary architecture, the phonics sequence and the assessment look-fors. Not an extract — the real thing, exactly as our partner schools receive it.

We chose this block deliberately. It opens Term 2 and introduces the first letter family, so you see the phonics progression doing real work rather than the gentler material of a first block. It is also a thirty-sixth of the programme, and it assumes the Term 1 foundation — which is the honest reason we can afford to give it away. The value of this curriculum is that it accumulates.
